Estateya has signed an agreement with AltaLab Accelerator
Estateya, the premier market network for international real estate investment is raising a seed round after a successful product launch earlier this year, using the AltaClub Platform. After joining the AltaLab accelerator program in June, Estateya moved its offices to the WeWork Coworking Spaces in Herzliya, Israel.
AltaClub is an angel investor’s platform and an extension of Altair VC. AltaLab assists in accelerating promising startups both in R&D and go to market strategy. Estateya is a startup company located in Tel Aviv Israel (the “startup nation”) and is the first of its kind in that it is both a social platform for connecting and following others in the real estate industry, and a real estate/business site for creating deals, collaborating with investors, and finding or listing properties together with Big Data and ROI tools as decision support technolegy.
Estateya plans to offer mostly commercial – off market real estate investment options to the long tail segment of real estate investors, and make it reachable to experienced and novice investors alike. The goal corresponds to the growing interest in off-market listings, which is occurring on an international level. Estateya’s objective is to make these off-market listing increasingly available to investors of all financial levels.
According to Lior Herman, Estateya founder and CEO, Estateya was created to change the way people are thinking and approaching real estate investment; by combining the best of social networking and online real estate markets, Estateya is tapping into a vast market of investors. For the first time ever, we have created a tool for professional and novice investors, as well as brokers, for learning, evaluating, sharing and investing in real estate. Deals can be made privately, as joint ventures, or in the traditional manner, and the Estateya environment brings a trustworthiness and simplicity that is often missing in current practices.

The Estateya business model is based on premium features like content boosts and analytic systems for real estate trends, while the “tier one” investment deals on the site will enter into the Estateya owned deal flow section that the company will secure and promote in a revenue sharing model. Estateya has just recently launched a new and upgraded version of its main product.
Estateya’s CO-CEO, Rani Simcha, whose vast experience in real estate includes many real estate transactions as an entrepreneur, business developer, and an investor as well as his positions as real estate manager at leading global hi-tech companies, Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX) & Comverse, where he managed hundreds of thousands of sqm office space worldwide, is excited to be part of the Estateya team: “Estateya offers a unique real estate investment platform unlike any other online site and is set to become the ‘goto’ real estate site for investors of all levels.” Rani further pointed out that ‘in today’s market conditions, real estate investments can be diversified so as to provide an attractive alternative to other types of investments. The Estateya platform can make these types of investments more accessible to the average investor.”

“In the next few decades we will see the real estate industry become more tech savvy and more Internet oriented than ever before. New tools and technology are making this trillion dollar bricks and mortar industry more friendly and available to the average investor”, added Lior.
