Estateya has signed an agreement with AltaLab Accelerator

Estateya, the premier market network for international real estate investment, is raising SEED funds with the AltaClub Angel Investors Platform.

Estateya, the premier market network for international real estate investment is raising a seed round after a successful product launch earlier this year, using the AltaClub Platform. After joining the AltaLab accelerator program in June, Estateya moved its offices to the WeWork Coworking Spaces in Herzliya, Israel.

AltaClub is an angel investor’s platform and an extension of Altair VC.  AltaLab assists in accelerating promising startups both in R&D and go to market strategy. Estateya is a startup company located in Tel Aviv Israel (the “startup nation”) and is the first of its kind in that it is both a social platform for connecting and following others in the real estate industry, and a real estate/business site for creating deals, collaborating with investors, and finding or listing properties together with Big Data and ROI tools as decision support technolegy.

Estateya plans to offer mostly commercial – off market real estate investment options to the long tail segment of real estate investors, and make it reachable to experienced and novice investors alike. The goal corresponds to the growing interest in off-market listings, which is occurring on an international level. Estateya’s objective is to make these off-market listing increasingly available to investors of all financial levels.

The Estateya business model is based on premium features like content boosts and analytic systems for real estate trends, while the “tier one” investment deals on the site will enter into the Estateya owned deal flow section that the company will secure and promote in a revenue sharing model. Estateya has just recently launched a new and upgraded version of its main product.
