Eldar and Estateya Collaborate on Incredible Investment Opportunity

On the heels of our success at the Nadlan City Real Estate Competition, where we won first place for the most promising real estate startup technology site for 2015, is our collaboration with Eldar– Real Estate Development & Marketing Group. Estateya and Eldar, together, plan to market and sell a 50-floor residential tower on the Estateya platform. Eldar is a marketing firm and one of the leaders in real estate marketing in Israel. They focus on residential projects and are the reason behind the success of numerous Israeli real estate brands. Currently, Eldar is working on more than 70 real estate projects in conjunction with Israel’s major real estate companies and, since its founding in 1999, has marketed over 16,000 new homes in various projects throughout the country. The company CEO was also part of the team of judges that voted for Estateya at the Nadlan competition. Estateya was also Eldar’s guests of honor at a recent conference Eldar sponsored at Tel Aviv university.

The residential tower is located in the center of Kfar Saba and has a 300K Shekel potential profit from equity to be gained during the construction period, as the deal is offered at a 15% discount compared to other similar structures in the area. Fifty percent of the units are already sold, with prices starting at 1.7 ILS for a 4-bedroom apartment.

A little bit about Kfar Saba…

Kfar Saba is located in the Sharon Region of the Center District of Israel and has seen tremendous growth over the years. It offers all the conveniences of a modern, mid-size city including good schools, a variety of shopping areas, housing options and public recreation areas and parks.

Buying property in Israel…

Buying real estate in Israel in general is a good idea as housing prices have been rising steadily for years and the Israeli economy is always stable.  With low interest rates, easy financing, a large demand, and real estate in Israel a proven investment winner (rents on purchases yield between 4%-6%), there is no reason not to buy!
